All our consultants are highly qualified (most with Masters and PhDs) and have membership of the relevant professional organisations. They also have a track record of success on usability projects.
Our clients expect consistent advice and procedures from one assignment to the next. We achieve this by following the guidelines and requirements set out in International usability standards (such as ISO 13407 and ISO 9241). Our usability testing methods and usability test reports meet stringent international standards in usability testing, such as ISO/IEC 25062:2006 "Common Industry Format (CIF) for usability test reports".

All of our full-time consultants are members of the British Psychological Society (BPS) and are Chartered Psychologists.
