Registration and Cancellation Policy

The Usability Training Centre accepts seminar registrations by post, telephone, e-mail and through this web site. In registering for a seminar, you accept this registration and cancellation policy.

Seminar fees

Seminar fees are due within 28 days of the invoice date or seven days prior to the course (whichever comes first). We will send you an invoice as soon as you sign up.

Cancellations

All cancellations must be received in writing (e-mail is fine).

Substitutions

If you are unable to attend the seminar you can nominate someone in your place at no extra charge.

Reimbursement

We reserve the right to cancel or reschedule any seminar or training course. In this event, you will receive a full refund of any fee you have paid. In exceptional circumstances, we may be forced to cancel a seminar if it receives an insufficient number of registrations. We will do this no later than seven days before the start of the seminar. If we cancel the seminar, we will refund your registration fee in full. We are not responsible for any other costs (e.g. train ticket cancellations) incurred because of cancelled seminars.
